Chapter 4.04 PERMIT FEES GENERALLY

4.04.010 Petitions, applications and maps
Any petition or application or subdivision map referred to in this code shall not be filed or acted upon by any commission, board, officer or employee of the city until there shall have been paid to the city clerk the fees provided by this chapter. (Prior code § 5-36)
4.04.020 Renewal of permits.
The application fee for the renewal of any permit mentioned in this code shall be the same amount provided by this code for the application or petition for the original permit, except where otherwise provided. (Prior code § 5-37)
4.04.030 Exemption.
The provisions of this code shall not be deemed or construed to require the payment of any fee provided for by this code for the filing of an application or petition by any person for a permit to do any act for the doing of which such person is expressly exempted by a provision of this code or any other city ordinance from the payment of a permit or license fee.
