Chapter 2.24 DEPARTMENT OF GLENDALE WATER AND POWER*

- 2.24.010 Composition.
The department of Glendale water and power shall be composed of the department enumerated in Section 2.24.020. (Ord. No. 5674, § 14, 10-20-2009; prior code § 2-39)
- 2.24.020 Department of Glendale water and power—Director generally.
A. The office of general manager of Glendale water and power is created. For purposes of this chapter, the general manager of Glendale water and power shall be the head of the department of Glendale water and power, which department shall perform the functions of the department of Glendale water and power as set forth by the city charter, including all meter readings and collections.
B. The general manager of Glendale water and power shall be an officer of the city. (Ord. No. 5674, § 15, 10-20-2009; prior code § 2-40)
