- 2.16.010 Composition.
The public safety department shall be composed of the divisions enumerated in Sections 2.16.020 and 2.16.030. (Prior code § 2-30)
- 2.16.020 Police Department - Chief of Police generally
The chief of police for the purposes of this chapter, shall be the head of the police department. The chief of police shall be an officer of the city. (Ord. No. 5674, § 5, 10-20-2009; prior code § 2-31)

- 2.16.030 Fire Department - Fire Chief generally
The Fire Chief for the purposes of this chapter shall be the head of the Fire Department. The Fire Chief shall be an officer of the City.
