Section 8 Waiting List |
During a two week application period January 2001, the Housing Authority opened the waiting list and accepted more than 12,000 applications for rental assistance. Due to the large number of applicants and limited funding, the waiting list is closed.
If you submitted an application in January 2001, you should have received a notification. Updates are periodically sent to applicants. Failure to respond to these updates can result in the cancellation of an application. If you are on the waiting list and would like to report a change of address, please call our office at (818) 548-3936 and request to have an update form mailed to you.
