The Keep Your Home California programs are focused on assisting low and moderate income families stay in their homes, when possible, and leveraging additional contributions from mortgage servicers.
Section 8 Applications are FREE. There is never any cost to you for applying to the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program. BEWARE of scams that charge for applications for any affordable housing program or project including the Section 8 program.
