Notice Is Hereby Given:

Project Location and Description

The proposed project is located within the San Fernando Road Corridor Redevelopment Project Area at 435 Los Feliz Road. The 2.1-acre rectangular site is bordered by Los Feliz Road, Gardena Avenue and Fernando Court.

Mitaa Wilshire Investment LLC (“Developer”) is proposing to develop a 5-level, 163,090 SF mixed-use development at the subject site. The Project includes the following land uses: grocery market, restaurants, health spa facility, retail uses, and medical/general offices. Parking for the Project will be provided in a nine-level parking structure, of which 2 levels will be subterranean, with 597 parking spaces.
