Once the ballots were counted, the Grand Prize Winners were announced. Philip Lee won 1st Place in the black & white division for his piece titled, “Lightning”. He also tied for 1st Place in the color division with Marvin Meadows for their pieces titled “My Neighborhood”, and “K-9 Protecting the Community” respectively. $250 was awarded to Philip for his black & white piece and $125 was awarded to both Philip and Marvin for their color submissions!
