Community Meeting Notice
The Department of Community Development and Housing will host Community
Meetings in September to solicit input for the City's FY 2009-10
Community Development and Housing programs.

Affordable Units and Enforceability
In accordance with the provisions of AB 987, a worksheet describing
existing new and substantially rehabilitated housing units that were
either (a) developed or otherwise assisted with Low and Moderate Income
Housing Funds, or (b) otherwise counted toward the Glendale Housing
Authority’s inclusionary and replacement housing obligations imposed by
Section 33413 of the Community Redevelopment Law, has been prepared and
posted at the link below for public review.
Were you Laid-off from the Interstate Brand Corp?

laid-off workers from the Interstate Brand Corp with free training. This
is a wonderful opportunity for interested applicants to upgrade their

for new skills.
Attention: Out of School Youth (19 to 21 years old) who are Low Income If you are between the ages of 19 to 21, are out of
school and have low Income, the Glendale Youth Alliance (GYA) has a grant
to provide you with FREE paid work experience or On the Job Training in
various careers!
GYA will help you achieve your
employment and education goals.
